Post Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Post Studio Shopify application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.
When you install Post Studio on your Shopify store, we collect information necessary to provide the service, including your Shopify store URL, access tokens required to read your product catalog, and your connected social media account tokens (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest).
We use the collected data solely to provide the Post Studio service — reading your Shopify products to generate social media posts and publishing those posts to your connected accounts on your behalf.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Post Studio connects to social media platforms on your behalf. Your credentials for these platforms are stored securely and used only to post content that you configure within the app. You may disconnect any social account at any time from within the app settings.
We retain your data for as long as your Post Studio account is active. If you uninstall the app, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
